We are looking for a new colleague to establish Sembo in the German market. Sembo has been doing business in the German market for some years – but now is the time to take the next step and to make it fly. Are you the person that can make this happen?

You will need to be organised, self driven and love to do real business. You have a strong personality but love teamwork and have a passion for finding new opportunities and business.

You will together with the Head of Sales and Marketing be responsible for planning, creating and executing all marketing and communications in the German market. It is important that you can manage both strategy and execution at the same time. 

You will be part of the Sales and Marketing team that are based in Helsingborg (SE) and Frederikshavn (DK). 


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Build up the Sembo brand on the German market travel market
  • Preparation and execution of new marketing strategies, including market research and customer and competitor analysis
  • Drive marketing campaigns both targeting and branding in all sales channels on the German market.
  • Ensure strong and deep relationships with our existing partners as well as build good relationships with potential partners.
  • Manage a marketing budget to make sure to get the best ROI in the different sales channels and follow up on KPI.

Your background:

  • You will have an educational background within communications and marketing and some years experience within the travel industry.
  • You have strategic and operational experience with marketing. 
  • You are native German speaking and manage English on a high level. Any third language skill would be an advantage.

It is preferred that you have:

  • Experience with communication  in different sales channels like SoMe, SEO ect. 
  • Experience with Google ads and Google Analytics to optimize our activities in the different channels.
  • You have strong language skills and an understanding of different cultures.
