We're actively seeking a Product Manager to become a vital member of our growing team based in Palma de Mallorca. As a Product Manager at Sembo, you'll contribute to our vision of creating products that empower travelers to craft, book, and savor extraordinary holiday adventures. You'll be part of a collaborative Product team that crafts products cherished by our customers while driving success for our business.

Your expertise lies in engaging with customers, users, and stakeholders to unearth challenges, aspirations, and prospects for your product. You understand the significance of grasping the core problems and desired outcomes, and working closely with UX Designers and Engineers to craft optimal solutions that resonate with the market.

Your product vision and roadmap will seamlessly align with the company's overarching objectives. By continuously exploring opportunities, you'll enhance the value of your team's products through diligent assessment of assumptions, facts, and data. You're a proponent of collaboration, eagerly inviting feedback and embracing course corrections as you gain fresh insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously discover problems, desires, and opportunities for your products together with your team through regular touchpoints with customers, users, and product stakeholders.
• Leverage customer, user, and data insights to support, prioritize and measure the success toward desired outcomes together with your team and keep stakeholders up-to-date on our progress and learnings
• Participate in defining Product Strategy and Roadmap maximizing value to customers and supporting the company objectives. Provide clarity to the product team and product stakeholders.
• Act as the Product Owner in your Scrum team
• Be an evangelist for your product, motivate and inspire your team to achieve great outcomes
• Demonstrate quantifiable business impact by defining measurable outcomes and metrics to track your progress until you reach your targeted outcome and product objectives
• Continuously test ideas and assumptions in partnership with your team to learn fast.
• Collaborate closely with other product teams to align and achieve business outcomes.

• You have a few years of previous experience working as a Product Manager in an agile environment
• You have a proven track record of delivering products from idea to production
