💡 Requirements
- Experience & Technical Proficiency: 4+ years as a graphic designer/video content producer with knowledge in tools like Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Sketch, Premiere Pro, After affects and Google Slides.
- Design Ethos: A hunger for bold designs backed by a strong portfolio, combined with strong conceptual and hands-on design skills.
- Work Ethic & Attitude: Speed, efficiency, flexibility, and a positive, can-do attitude towards all tasks, big or small.
- Consumer Perspective: A genuine interest in how design impacts consumer perception and the ability to stay ahead with innovative techniques.
- Communication & Teamwork: Stellar storytelling and articulation skills when presenting, with the ability to work well in teams, take feedback, and go the extra mile.
- Adaptability & Quality: Effective prioritization skills to deliver fast results without compromising on quality, and the resilience to adapt to changing directions.
