About the Role: As our Community Manager, you'll be in charge of building, maintaining, and developing our community of travel inspirers. These inspirers captivate their followers with their dream journeys and earn a commission when any of them book a trip through Sembo. You will act as the bridge between these inspirers and our platform, ensuring their voices are heard and their adventures are shared.
Your Responsibilities:
• Building and managing an engaging and growing community of travel enthusiasts.
• Proactively scouting and engaging relevant profiles and companies to join our network. • Supporting and assisting the travel inspirers in increasing the number of bookings through Sembo.
• Continuously interacting with community members, answering questions, and fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Organizing both digital and physical events to promote engagement and collaboration within the community.
What We Offer:

Who You Are:
• Have at least 2 years of experience in community building within social media or a similar role.
• Personal experience in working as an influencer or creating content mainly for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• A natural networker skilled at building relationships, possessing in-depth knowledge about SoMe channels, and understanding how influencers can engage their followers.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Your personal love for travel is a bonus.
