- Curiosity-Driven Design: Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and curiosity. Encourage your team to ask "why" and "what if," and to explore new design methodologies and emerging technologies.
- "Copy with Pride": Recognize that not every solution requires reinvention. When applicable, be open to learning from and adopting best practices, even if they come from outside our industry.
