We are looking for a Retail Key Account Manager to help us with the growth of existing customers and converting new opportunities in the German market. You will develop relationships and become the principal point of contact for several of our existing and prospective B2B retail clients.

- You stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer expectations to make informed decisions.
- You understand the importance of profitability, know how to protect margins, and maximize business returns.
- You enjoy meeting clients, both domestically and internationally, and know how to foster strong partnerships.
- You think ahead, seek solutions rather than obstacles, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You love exploring new markets, meeting people, and creating business opportunities.
- The preferred candidate is based in Germany. This role requires frequent travel for customer visits, workshops, trade fairs, and internal meetings, as well as occasional weekend work.

What you’ll be doing:
- Work remotely with full flexibility while collaborating with international teams.
- Managing and growing key retail accounts in the DACH region.
- Developing tailored business strategies for clients and identifying new opportunities.
- Staying ahead of planning cycles to ensure timely delivery of competitive products and pricing.
- Working closely with internal teams to optimize our offerings and ensure seamless client experiences.
- Representing NordBeds at industry events and client meetings.
What will help you to succeed:
- You are transparent, purpose-driven, and results-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- You have strong communication skills, excel in negotiation and decision-making, and can work both independently and in a team.
- You are highly organized, proficient in G-Suite, and comfortable handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- You are passionate about travel, relationship-building, and sales, with hospitality or tourism experience as a plus.
