We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate People and Culture Partner to join our People team at Sembo Group! Based in our Helsingborg office, you’ll be at the heart of our culture, ensuring the wellbeing and engagement of team members in both Sweden and Poland. A big part of your role will be to actively foster a vibrant and positive workplace—whether by organizing local activities, supporting team-building efforts, or making regular trips to Poland to strengthen connections and ensure our values thrive across locations.
Who we're looking for:
- Proven experience in HR, people operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Swedish labor laws and regulations (mandatory).
- Understanding of Polish labor laws and regulations (desirable).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; Swedish is also required.
- A passion for maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- An open mindset and entrepreneurial spirit – not all processes are set in stone, so you’ll need to be comfortable with a “learning-as-we-go” approach and contribute to building smart routines along the way.

What you'll be doing:
- HR Management: Oversee day-to-day HR operations for our Helsingborg office, including everything from compensation reviews and HR reporting to pre-, on- and offboarding processes. You’ll also collaborate with external partners to provide support to our Polish team, acting as their main point of contact.
- Culture & Communication: Take initiatives to foster and maintain a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our core values. From internal communications to planning events and running engagement activities, you’ll be a driving force behind our “feel-good factor.
- Office Mood Management: Keep the office vibe lively and motivating by leading office management and creating a space where people love to come to work—organizing everything from daily details to bigger team-building events.
- Recruitment & Employer Brand: Lead or support recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, and help shape how we present ourselves to the world as an employer of choice.
- Leadership Support: Act as a coach and sounding board to managers, providing guidance on team dynamics, development, and HR-related matters.
- HR Systems & Data: Be our go-to person for our HRIS (HiBob), making sure we use it smartly for reporting, data-driven insights, and smooth people processes.

Next, you’ll meet digitally with Stina, our Chief People & Communication Officer, to dive deeper into the role and how you’d fit within our team.
