Now we’re looking for a Brand & Campaign Manager to join us for a one-year maternity cover, with start preferably in June 2026. In this role, you’ll drive campaigns from idea to launch, coordinating teams, partners, and channels to ensure everything runs smoothly and delivers real results.
All of our campaigns into this role are aimed at Nordic B2C travelers — inspiring people to discover, plan, and book their next trip with Sembo, from flights and hotels to complete holidays.

We are looking for...
We’re looking for a creative and organized Brand & Campaign Manager to join our team for a one-year fixed-term period (maternity cover).
During this time, you’ll be at the center of our marketing efforts — ensuring campaigns are well coordinated, creatively strong, and aligned with the Sembo brand across all channels.

A Collaborative Spirit - You enjoy working closely with Content, E-commerce, CRM to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly.
You have experience from a similar role or a background that we find relevant.
Fluency in English and Swedish is required.
You’re also excited to work from our Helsingborg office, where the role is based.

What you'll be doing
As our Brand & Campaign Manager, you will strengthen the Sembo brand and coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Brand Ownership - Maintaining brand guidelines, messaging, and visual assets to ensure we remain a modern and recognizable travel brand.
Campaign Coordination - Planning and coordinating sales campaigns for Nordic B2C travelers — from defining campaign themes and messaging to launching campaigns across web, social media, and CRM. Your mission is to drive conversion across our entire portfolio, from flights and accommodations to activities and complete holidays.
External Collaborations - Managing co-branded marketing activities with partners such as airlines and destinations, bringing our campaigns to life together with our partners. You’ll also collaborate closely with our external marketing partners.
PR - Identifying PR opportunities, following media trends, drafting press releases, and acting as the Sembo brand voice towards journalists and influencers.
Budget & Performance - Managing campaign budgets and following up on KPIs such as ROI, reach, and bookings.
