We are looking for...
Our next Flight Operation Agent to help our team to manage of our flight reservations and servicing. We are looking for someone who thrives on accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire booking lifecycle.
Who we're looking for:
You have a deep understanding of GDS systems (preferably Galileo), is required.
You are comfortable handling the "nitty-gritty" of NDC and LCC bookings.
You are an expert in fare constructions, reissues, refunds, and complex itinerary adjustments.
You have a sharp eye for detail when it comes to compliance, airline rules, and ADM/ACM handling.
You are a problem-solver who enjoys identifying process improvements to make workflows smoother.
You are a team player who enjoys supporting internal Customer Support agents with complex flight matters.
You are excited to be onsite at our office in either Helsingborg (SWE), Wroclaw (PL) or Palma de Mallorca (ES).

What you'll be doing:
Manage daily flight operations across GDS, NDC, and LCC platforms.
Oversee the full servicing lifecycle, from initial booking creation to complex changes and fare recalculations.
Ensure full compliance with airline rules and manage BSP processes effectively.
Drive enhancements in our operational workflows to increase efficiency.
Act as the go-to expert for internal teams regarding high-level flight operations support.
